• Tutorials, you will find a pdf file for each product. You can print a copy, open the file on a separate monitor, or split your screen. Walk through step by step with these example parts.
• Help topics, search keywords and find their meaning. Understand features when you examine the Help listings found in the contents or index.

Resources on the go

• Hidden videos, hover over icons in the command manager and a short video will appear.
• Workstep graphics, click on a dialog and a picture pertaining to that field is displayed.

• TeamViewer, go online with our virtual assistant. Built right into EZ-CAM, you can launch TeamViewer, this will allow both the customer and the EZ-CAM assistant to share PCs. You take over EZ-CAM’s PC or let EZ-CAM take over yours. This service is real-time and has the same benefit as being in the room with an instructor.
• Custom Videos, send us a CAD file or an EZ-CAM file and shortly after you will receive a link via email revealing strategies to complete your part. This personalized video never expires. There is no better way to get a clear understanding of what to do next.
